Baltimore County SELP Dollars are Available to Help your Home Buyers!

The Baltimore County SELP program offers a great opportunity for 1st time home buyers interested in the older communities of the County. 

Loans are available from $1,000 to $5,000 and repayment is deferred until the property is sold, refinanced, transferred, or the borrower non longer occupies the home. 

Interest of 5% is charged on the loan amount for the first year only.

 Buyer must attend an education workshop and individual counseling prior to contract. Household incomes must be at or below 80% of median income
