Volunteer Positions

HARBEL is looking for someone with experience in managing human resources and benefits to volunteer for part time work. HARBEL administers a pension program for employees as well as offering medical and dental insurance. A few days a week or a few hours would be greatly appreciated.

HARBEL Prevention & Recovery

Administrative Assistant - Hours for position are primarily afternoon and evening hours, and every other Saturday from 9am until 3pm. Position works 32 hours per week one week, 38 hours on weeks that include Saturdays hours. Skills required include: Microsoft word, data entry, and customer relations. Experience with state database of SMART is an asset but not required. Medical billing and cash handling experience are also strongly preferred. Great working environment, free parking. Adolescent Counselor/Clinical Team Leader - Full time position based in outpatient substance abuse program in Baltimore City. Prefer Master's degree, will consider bachelor's degree with youth counseling experience. School outreach experience is very helpful.
