HARBEL GRANT OPPORTUNITIES

For the past four years HARBEL has received a $10,000 grant from the
Baltimore Community Foundation to fund community projects and initiatives
in Northeast Baltimore.

The HARBEL Neighborhood Grant Program has funded grants of no more than $1,000 that have been awarded to over 60 community based projects that have enhanced our neighborhoods. The grant applications are evaluated and awarded by the HARBEL Neighborhood Grant Allocation Committee, a group of community leaders appointed by their association presidents to evaluate the applications and determine the awards.
